RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS

Our return policy (at your expense) lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The right of return also applies to the fabrics sold, on the condition that they are neither cut, neither washed, nor made.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Goods of products for intimate or sanitary use.

Other items that can not be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (where applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* All intimate items and underwear, sheaths, tank tops, ...
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days or weekends and holidays within 48 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@feynarrie.com.
Sale items (if any)
Only items with regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, reduced items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to sales@feynarrie.com and send us your article to:

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
